Extra, extra! Boswells’ student published in the Essex Enquirer!

Extra, extra! Boswells’ student published in the Essex Enquirer!

Following the year 10 students’ return after work experience, Frances Hudson came bounding up to me, very excitedly brandishing a copy of the Essex Enquirer. "Look Madame, I’m in the newspaper!" But it wasn’t an article about her, it was actually an article she had written! And it wasn’t just any story, it was the front page, main headline, above the centre fold, which as many journalists know, is an extremely sought after privilege and notoriously difficult to achieve. Frankie was working at the Enquirer as part of her work experience and to be published in the newspaper is absolutely outstanding. We are ever so proud of her. Frankie has also had her work in creative writing published before and we look forward to watching her writing career blossom in the future. Well done Frankie!
